About Twilight Inferno and the site

About the next album I picked out 8 songs that will (probably) appear on the album. The title of the album has changed (probably) but so far I keep it for myself. The title of the songs are (in alphabetic order) Another time, another place, Backdoor to eternity, Is there any place here for me?, Reach for the sky, Tears of the sun, The assassin's creed, Too many tears and When a stranger calls. The song The assassin's creed are available at Acidplanet.com. Beside that there are 6 other songs left, but at the moment I don't know about the destiny for them. Maybe "b-sides" of any single? We'll see.

What about the side-project? Well, a few new songs has been recorded, but I don't rush that project. It must take it's time before I will decide what to do with them.

March 17
Back from a three week trip in Thailand! A really great trip, if not counting the little accident with a motorbike. Some bruses and pain in the ribs and shoulder, but nothing broken. And Yes! I used a helmet. Otherwise I have a great time with lots of good food and drinks a of course a lot of sun ;)

Well, enough about that now, and whats new about Twilight Inferno: I got 11 songs for the next album already and I will upload one of this later this weekend on both Acidplanet.com and MySpace.com. I have to pick some of the songs, but I don't know yet which one. The title of the album will be Reach for the sky but there is much work before it's finished and I don't know yet when it will be released, but preliminary in the end of 2010/early 2011.

Beside that I have another project in work with songs more like electronica/soundscape/experimental/ambient influences. I got about 7 or 8 half-finished songs for that project at this date, but they will not be released as an Twilight Inferno album. I don't have an artist name for this one but... well, we'll see later when and where they will be released.

A finish this news with a request; I need a cover art for the next album - Reach for the sky. If you like to give me a suggestion or a picture or a complete artwork for the album - PLEASE DO! If you like to make a complete artwork of the front cover please use the fonts Bauhaus 93 (you can get it from the download section here at www.twilightinferno.com) if you don't have it already. What do I want? You actually have free hands and do what you like as long as you have the copyright to the picture or use something that goes by creative common license. I'm sorry if I can't make you rich and I can't give you more than credit for the picture or artwork. It's no commercial release because it goes by creative common license. I do have the right to chose which of the contributions you send me and if you have any questions about all this or want to send me this use the mail link at the bottom of this side. I don't set up a deadline for this (because I don't have a release date yet as I mentioned) but do send me your work as soon as you like. Thank you!

January 8
So much has happened in january - thats one of reasons the work of Zaphod Records site has forced to stand back. A very productive month - 8 new songs been written for the next album. Hold on though! They are in the demo stage so far and the will not be released for some time yet but i promise you something - They are good! Damn good! I might upload some of them on MySpace.com in the near future. There is no name for the album so far as it goes under the name Project XIII for now. The songs is more in style of rock/experimental rock than before.
